1scallions, chopped & cooked in bacon grease
2eggs, scrambled in buttet
1soy sauce

cook the rice.

cook bacon, leave bacon grease in pan.

chops up scallions and cook in bacon grease
4

chop up bacon.

put all ingredients except soy sauce in large frying pan.

mix ingredients and por soy sauce over. heat through.
