4bananas (slice into small piece)
250 gramsall purpose flour
75 gramssugar
2 tspcorn starch
2 tbspbutter (melted)
1egg
250 mlwater
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1/4 tspsalt

mix flour, corn starch, sugar, and salt
2

pour water, vanilla extract, egg, stir well
3

pour melted butter and stir until smooth
4

add bananas and stir well
5

add oil into frypan and preheat
6

fry the banana (use scoop)
7

fry until golden brown
