Easy Beefy Noodle Stuff
Just something quick and easy that I threw together with what I had on hand. You can use less or more cheese, but I generally use a full pound.
Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F

In a big, oven-safe pot, cook noodles according to box directions

While the noodles are cooking, brown the ground meat, drain and return to pan

After you return the meat to the pan, open the can of tomatoes and pour them over the meat without draining and spice with the Italian seasoning

Cook the meat/tomato mixture down a bit while the noodles are finishing

Drain the noodles and return them to the pot you cooked them in

Pour half to three-quarters of the package of mozzarella cheese on top of the noodles

Pour the meat/tomato mixture over the mozzarella cheese and give it a good stir
- 9
Flatten out the top of the mixture as much as you can and sprinkle a good layer of the cheese on top

Pop the whole thing in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted

Serve it up hot!
