Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  2. 1 tbspflour
  3. 1/4 cupchili powder
  4. 2 cupvegetable stock
  5. 10 oztomato paste
  6. 1 tsporegano
  7. 1 tspground cumin
  8. 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add flour. Smooth and stir with spoon

  2. 2

    Add chili powder and cook for 30 seconds

  3. 3

    Add stock and tomato paste oregano and cumin. Stir to combine bring to boil reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes.
