Make sure that the avocados are ripe enough by pressing moderately on its skin and being able to mold an indentation. Nothing worst that a raw avocado.

Have all ingredients prepped ready before attempting to cut the avocados. They go brown quickly so be careful.

Cut the avocados in half and take them apart. Use a spoon to scope out the pits. Make sure to save one pit to keep it in the dip so it won't go bad quicker.

Cut through the avocados in a criss-cross pattern carefully using the edge of a sharp knife.

In a medium bowl, scope out the flesh and add all the ingredients together.

Mash and mix them up using a fork to the desired consistency then place the reserved pit in the middle.

Taste and adjust to you pallet. Remove the pit before serving and garnish with cilantro leaves.

This is best served with homemade tortillas. Enjoy!
