Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprefined flour
  2. 2 cupgreen peas
  3. 1 tspgaram masala
  4. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspGrated ginger
  6. 1/4 tspsugar
  7. 1/2 tspheeng
  8. 1/4tsp of jeera
  9. 1/2 tspamchoor powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    1cup of refined flour me salt & Lukewarm 1/4 cup oil dale

  2. 2

    Lukewarm water se dough banaye

  3. 3

    Cover the samp cloth for 10 mnts

  4. 4

    Take a pan add oil crackle jeera and heeng

  5. 5

    Add ginger shallow fry

  6. 6

    Add green peas mix well

  7. 7

    Add salt, sugar, garam masala, red chilli powder

  8. 8

    Add 1tb of water

  9. 9

    Cook until soft

  10. 10

    Add amchoor powder mix well

  11. 11

    Gas turn off &cool down

  12. 12

    Take a small ball of dough& make small roti

  13. 13

    Cut the centre &make cone stuff matar

  14. 14

    Deep fry medium slow flame

  15. 15

    Serve with chutney &tea..
