Melt chocolate in microoven or heat tava,keep one bowl on it,add chocolate and melt it. Boil milk and add fresh cream and sugar and stir it well. Then add melted chocolate to hot milk and cream, then add nescoffee instant powder. Make a powder of cinnamon and cardamom, add it on top and serve hot
