Ingredients

  • 150 gramsButter
  • 150 gramsBrown Sugar
  • 3Eggs
  • 120 gramsSelf Raising Flour
  • 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  • 2 tspCocoa Powder
  • 1 boxMini Oreos
  • 10Flat Bottomed Icecream Cones
  • Cupcake Mix
  • 150 gramsButter
  • 190 gramsIcing Sugar
  • 1 tspMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 180

  2. 2

    beat the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy

  3. 3

    the eggs, one at a time, and mix until fully incorporated

  4. 4

    combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder before folding them inc

  5. 5

    spoon the mixture into the flat bottemed ice cream cones half way up

  6. 6

    poke a few mini oreos into each

  7. 7

    bake in oven for 20 mins

  8. 8

    allow cupcakes to cool

  9. 9

    beat butter in a bowl until soft, then gradually mix the icing sugar before adding milk

  10. 10

    transfer soft pale buttercream into a piping bag

  11. 11

    pipe buttercream onto cooled cupcakes
