In mixing bowl add warm water, sugar, Instant active yeast, & salt. knead with dough hook about five. Form Ball and place into plastic bag for 30 mins.

After the dough has rested for 30 mins divide your dough into 6 sections. Roll each section out into a pretzel form. Or cut into pretzel bites.

Bring your 4 cups of water to boil in a wide shallow sauce pan. Once boiling slowly add baking soda. Bring back to a boil. Add in formed dough to boiling water bath for 30 seconds.

Place bathed dough onto a greased pan sprinkle dough with coarse salt. Place in 400°F oven between 12 and 15 minutes, or until a nice pretzel brown.

Let cool and enjoy with beer mustard.
