Ingredients

  1. 1 1/3 cupOlive oil
  2. 1 1/8 cupgrey puopon country Dijon or Dijon mustard
  3. 2 tbspLemon juice
  4. 4 mediumTomatoes, ripe, and sliced
  5. 8 ozMozzarella cheese, sliced
  6. 1 smallRed onion, cut into slivers
  7. 1 tbspFresh basil leaves or chopped fresh basil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For dressing- in small bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, and lemon juice. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.

    To serve, arrange tomato and cheese slices on 4 salad plates. Drizzle each serving with dressing. Sprinkle with onion and basil.
