Jaljeera is not only flavourful, but the ingredients like cumin seeds powder, pepper powder and mint leaves in it makes it extremely cooling during summers and a great digestive drink post meals.

Dry grind finely the ingredients needed to make the jaljeera powder

In a blender, blend mint leaves combing it with lemon juice and very little water
- 3
Now take the liquid in a jug/a mixing bowl and mix the jaljeera powder in it and mix well
- 4
Place ice cubes in a serving glass
- 5
Pour in the jaljeera leaving 2/3 space on TOP and add soda and cold water if needed
- 6
Garnish with a chopped lemon piece/ salted boondies
- 7
Serve chilled
