Specially it is best ever lunch in summer with different veg and non veg items. Its my favourite recipes. I take minimum 2/3 times in a week.

Boil water at 100°F Celsius.

Add RICE in it.

After rice is well cooked, add cold water on pot, drain water, again add cold water and drain it, once more add water and leave it for 7 hours, one night store is best.

After that it ready to eat.

For potato fry first slice the potatoes, wash it.

Hot pan, add oil, after 1 minutes add jeera, dry chilli and onion.

Then add potato, mustard and salt to taste. Fry for 2 minutes.

Add 10 ml water, cover the pan cook for 10 minutes in low heat.

Now potato fry is ready for eat with PAKHAALA..
