1 candiced tomatoes
1 cantomato sauce
1green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 mediumonion, chopped
1 clovegarlic, minced
1/2 tbspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
2 envelopemild chili powder
2 cupwater

In a large pan, brown ground beef. Drain the fat.

Add all the rest of the ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
