  • 5 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspgarlic (minced)
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspsesame seed
  • 1 pinchof black pepper
  • 2 pinchsugar
  • 3 tbspoil to coat pan
  • 3 stalkgreen onion (chopped)
  • 2 tspsesame oil

  1. 1

    add green onion, garlic, red chilli powder, sesame seed, black pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar to make sauce

  2. 2

    cut tofu and fry about 5 min each side high heat

  3. 3

    add tofu and sauce to separate pot mix and cover for 5 min med. heat. Uncover and mix and you done.
