Ingredients

  1. 1For the 1 24-ounce jar of mild salsa
  2. 1Juice from 1 lime
  3. 1/4 cupfresh cilantro, chopped
  4. 1 packagestaco seasoning
  5. 1Optional jalapeno peppers
  6. 6defrosted chicken breast halves:

Steps

  1. 1

    In slow cooker, mix together first four or five ingredients. Add the breast halves to the slow cooker and coat with the salsa mixture. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
