Bring 1 cup water to boil and add rice.

Remove from heat and let sit 5 min. covered.

Scramble eggs in butter.

Add rice to egg and cook over medium heat until lightly browned.

Mix 1/2 cup water with soy sauce, then add to rice mixture. Stir until soaked in.
