3-4 leg pieces of chicken
1 bowlhung curd
1 tbspginger garlic paste
to tasteSalt
1 tbspcrushed red chilli
2 tbspbutter

Wash chicken and marinate with hung curd ginger garlic paste and salt.rest for half hr.

Heat the pan by adding butter now roast chicken in simmer flame..roast till it crisp.

When it turns golden brown serve in plate add crushed red chilli.u can add black pepper also....ready to eat buttery roasted chicken...
