Steps

Soak paneer in warm water for 5-8 mins.

Meanwhile take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except paneer, add 1 tbsp water and mix everything very well.

Now add paneer cubes and coat with the spice paste very gently.

Keep it as such for 15 mins.

Heat a non stick pan on medium flame.

Drizzle oil and arrange marinated paneer pieces.

Fry the paneer from both the sides till brown and crisp.

Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
