Steps

Rinse liver in cold water and remove the membrane

Slice the liver and soak it into the milk(very important to remove the bitter taste from the liver at least 10 minutes)

Cut onion into rings and separate them
- 4
Melt some butter and put onion, cook until soft then remove onion from the butter.

Add remaining butter in the skillet and let it heat
- 6
Mix the all purpose flour with salt and pepper
- 7
Drain the milk from liver and dip the sliced liver into the flour mixture
- 8
Cover the liver in the mixture then fry in the butter let each side cook well
- 9
Add the onions and cook a bit longer to taste
- 10
Serve as a main meal or as a snack
