First mix the yougurt, oil and orange in a bowl

Preheat the oven to 190°F

Separatedly, wisk the eggs and add the sugar until it has a smooth texture.

Add all together and integrate the flour, making sure the powder is nicely blended

Butter your pan and place on an oven tray. Pour your mixture and place it in the oven, putting some water in the tray to make it more moist
