6Potatoes
1/2 cupSour Cream
1/4Butter, Melted
1/4Salt
1/4Pepper
1 dashOnion Powder
1 tspParsley
1 tspparmesan cheese
1/4 lbcheese, of your choice

Bake 6 potatoes in oven for 45 minutes at 400°.

Mix sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, onion powder, parsley and parmesan in large bowl. Set aside.

Cut potatoes in half, spoon out center and mix with ingredients.

Scoop an even amount of mixture into each potato half.

Place in oven for 5 min at 350°

Spread cheese on top, place back in oven till melted.
