Steps

Soak the beans overnight (couple of hours)
Pressure cook the beans so they just split - 2
Add oil and cumin seeds and sauté onion very well

Add garam masala powder & ginger garlic paste and the powders & sauté some more.

Add bean water & let it simmer more
- 5
Grind the tomatoes and green chilli to paste & add the paste and some more bean water and simmer it
- 6
Finally add the kidney beans, salt and red chilli powder if needed and let boil for another 15min.

Add a slice of butter and garnish with coriander.
