This is a great party food. I like to add fresh strawberries and crackers.

Directions:
Bring cream, butter, sugar vanilla and pecans to a boil. Stirring constantly for about 10 minutes. Until a soft boil, when drop will roll in a cup of water.
(For travel I would put this in a Tupperware when cooled. Warning *refrigerate if not using same day)Spread praline sauce onto the Brie.
Heat at 400 for 3 minutes.
(You can heat in microwave on 80%, but you have to watch it. I usually warm the praline sauce and cheese a bit separately and then combine for final heating.)Be sure your container has a lip, it can get real messy if it flows. I like to use a bowl cause it is easier.
