Spray mold with cooking spray

Mix gelatin and water and stir for 3 min, until completely dissolved

Pour into cup that has a spout and pour mix into molds.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm

Dip bottom of mold in warm water for 15 sec. invert over plate and shake mold gently to remove jigglers

Refrigerate
