Heat oils in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, sauté 5 minutes until tender. (Substitution- bake in oven at 375 until tender)

Add garlic and ginger. Sauté 1 minute.

Add Kale and Chard. Sauté 4 minutes, stirring frequently.

->Tip<- Sprinkle water to the pan if kale starts to stick

Add tamari. Stir.

Cover the pan. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Top with toasted cashews.
