Created at home and served at the firehouse. Super simple, healthier wing recipe that requires no breading or frying. Turns out very crispy and has been a huge hit!

Boil thawed chicken wings until finished. Place in strainer and let it dry.

Turn oven on to 400°F.
- 3
Spray pan and place wings onto tray. Coat with olive oil and be sure to cover each wing by rubbing it in.
- 4
Coat wings with Lemon Pepper seasoning and cilantro, turning and rubbing until fully covered.
- 5
Place tray into oven for 30 minutes, turn wings over, and cook for another 30 minutes.
- 6
Pull wings out and place into bowl, cover with lemon juice and toss. Let cool and serve.
