Ingredients

3 1/4 cupWater
1/4 tspSalt
2 cupQuick oats
1 cupSkim milk
2 tbspBrown sugar
1 tspVanilla
1 tspLemon zest, grated

In a large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil.

Add oats and cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat; cover pan and let sit 2 minutes.

Sir in remaining ingredients. Serve with additional milk if desired.
