Ingredients

  • 1 lbGround Beef
  • 1 lbDiced Beef Steak
  • 1 1/2Onions
  • 1 1/2Green Pepper
  • 2Jalapenos
  • 3Habanero
  • 2Garlic Cloves
  • 3 canDiced Tomatoes, Zesty Chili Style
  • 8 ozTomato Sauce
  • 3 tbspChili Seasoning
  • 2 tspCumin
  • 2 tspHot Shot Seasoning
  • 2 canKidney Beans

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onions and peppers

  2. 2

    Mince garlic

  3. 3

    Brown ground beef and steak

  4. 4

    Throw everything in crock pot

  5. 5

    Add diced tomato and sauce

  6. 6

    Add all spices and salt and pepper

  7. 7

    Thicken with corn starch paste or Wondra flour

  8. 8

    Cook on high 2 hours, then low 3+ hours
