Steps

Firstly clean saawak ke chawal and soak it in clean water (2 bowls) for 2-3 hours.

Heat oil in karai (approx 1 ladle), add saawak ke rice with water.

Cook it till the water completely dries.

When it completely cools down, mix boiled mashed potatoes, salt, red chilli powder.

Now shape it as you want.

Fry it in hot oil.

Serve with green chutney.
