Ingredients

  • For kofta
  • 250 gChicken keema-
  • 1chopped onion (golden fry)
  • 1 tspginger/garlic paste
  • 1 tspmakhte chane
  • 2-3almond
  • 1 tspcoconut powder
  • 1 tspyellow chilli powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • For gravy
  • 1/2 kgpalak
  • 1 cuptomatoes paste
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • as per tasteRed chilli
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 3-4 tspoil
  • as neededCream for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil palak and make paste

  2. 2

    Heat the oil and fry onion till golden brown add tomatoes and all spices add palak paste add little water cook the gravy 10 mints

  3. 3

    Take all the ingredient of kofta make thick paste add into the keema make small boll.

  4. 4

    Add the kofta into the gravy cook 10 to 15 mints. Now palak chicken kofta is ready garnish with cream
