Ingredients

  1. 1 canrotel
  2. 1 cancream of chicken
  3. 1 packagesVelveeta
  4. 1 eachgreen and red pepper
  5. 1rotisserie chicken
  6. 1/2 cupbutter
  7. 1 boxnoodles
  8. 2 canxhicken broth
  9. 3 cupcheddar cheese
  10. 1whole onion

Cooking Instructions

    get a pot of water fill up half way and pour in the chicken broth

  2. 2

    add, butter, Velveeta, cut up onion, peppers, add cream of chicken, and stir . keep heat on low..

    add cream of chicken and can of Rotel, then get your chicken and put in all the meat you'd like. no bones.. stir..

    your water should be at a rolling boil, so put in noodles .

    keep stirring your cheese mix ..

    once the noodles are done. take 1/2 a cup of the water and add to.cheese.sauce..

  7. 7

    pour out remaining water.. put the noodles back in the pot and pour the cheese mix in . stir till all the noodles are coated. get oven safe pan and pour mix into it.

    and cheese to top.. put in oven for about 9 min on 400 till cheese is nicely melted . take out and enjoy
