5boiling potatoes
1/4 lbpeeled baby carrots
1 canRotel Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
1 canDel Monte Blue Lake Cut Green Beans
1 canDel Monte Golden Sweet Whole Kernal Corn (No Salt Added)
1 canDel Monte California Diced Tomatoes (Green Pepper and Onion)
4 dashLowry's Seasoned Salt
3 dashLowry's Seasoned Pepper

Cut up potatoes and carrots, add to pot

Fill pot with water, covering potatoes and carrots with about 2 inches of water

Drain juice from corn, add to pot

Add all other vegetables to pot

Add seasoned salt and pepper to taste

Let simmer on medium temperature until vegetables soft
