Ingredients

  • 1/2 headCabbage, chopped
  • 1 cupCelery, diced
  • 1 cupYellow onion, diced
  • 1 cupCarrots, diced
  • 1Green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloveGarlic, minced
  • 4 cupChicken stock
  • 14 ozCan basil, oregano, garlic diced tomatoes
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 1 tspBasil
  • 1/2 tspRed pepper flakes
  • 1Black pepper and salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in large pot over med heat. Add celery, onion, bell pepper, carrots and sauté until tender.

  2. 2

    Add garlic and sauté about 1 min.

  3. 3

    Add broth, tomatoes and cabbage. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cook until veggies are tender.

  4. 4

    Add all seasoning and adjust to taste.
