Cut eggplants into long leaves. Put salt on it and leave it for 30 minutes. Wash them and than fry them on hot pan without any fat. After them beeing fried leave them to rest covered.

On heated pan add onion and meat. Make it in small very small peaces. Add tomatoes sauce (make a sauce in food pocessor) and cook it until there is no liquid.

In a bakin pan put butter and cover bottom of it with it. Put some meat on every patr of eggplent and role it. Put them in a casserole. Put it in the preheated own (250°C) and bake for 20 minutes.

Beat one egg and put milk and mix it. Turn off the owen and than put milk and egg on the top of sarma.

Leave it in the owen for 10 minutes and than leave it to cool down for 5 minutes. Enjoy
