Peel the mango, dessed it and cut it into small pieces. Using a blender, blend the mango until you obtain a smooth mango puree. Pour it into a mixing bowl.

Add the jelly powder and sugar to the boiling water. Stir the mixture continuosly until the sugar dissolves.

Add the evaporated milk and the mango(blended just now) inti the jelly powder and sugar mixture.Mix.

Pour the mixture into the dessert bowls and place them into the refrigerator until pudding set.

Serve
