preheat oven to 400°

spray nonstick coating to tin foil covered baking pan

place apples and pumpkin slice in oven for 30 min or until apples are fully baked.

Remove apples from oven and set aside to cool. The apples usually finish baking sooner than the pumpkin.

Once punkin is soft (about 20 min), remove from oven.

Remove skin from baked apples.

In a bowl, mix together the baked apples and pumpkin to make a sauce. It should be thicker than apple sauce.

Add raisins and/or cranberries.

You may change apple to pumpkin ratios to your taste. A medium slice of a large pumpkin can also be substituted with one or more of the small pumpkins sold in stores. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and the cores from the apples before baking.
