  1. 1 boxspaghetti
  2. 1/4 cupolive oil
  3. 2onion, chopped
  4. 6 clovegarlic
  5. 4Green chillies
  6. 2tomatoes
  7. 1Capsicum chopped
  8. 2 cuptomato juice
  9. 2 pinchchili powder
  10. 1/2 cupparmesan cheese
  11. chilli flakes
  12. oregano
  13. tspsalt
  14. cupwater
  15. tspcoriander leaves

  1. 1

    Add onions, garlic, chillies, tomatoes, Capsicum in a mixer and make a paste. Add tomato juice, salt, chilli flakes, oregano and blend to paste.

    Heat oil and boil spaghetti in water.

  3. 3

    In another pan, heat oil, add the sauce, add the spaghetti and let it simmer for a few minutes.

    Garnish with coriander leaves, cheese
