Ingredients

16 servings
  • 1 loafwhite bread, crusts cut off
  • 1 packages8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cupmelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Flatten the bread using a rolling pin.

  2. 2

    Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese in a small bowl.

  3. 3

    In another bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Spread the cream cheese mixture, about 1 tablespoon, on your flattened bread. Then roll it up jelly roll style.

  5. 5

    Dip the roll into your butter. And roll it around your cinnamon and sugar mixture until coated.

  6. 6

    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
