Put the ground turkey in a bowl with the egg

Cover with layer of bread crumbs (when mixed together should not be too dry or too wet, but moist and able to stick together- can adjust with more bread crumbs or some water)

Add garlic, salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings

Mix together with hands

Heat a pan on medium heat and spray with non-stick spray

Put the meatballs in the pan and turn until all sides are brown

Add the full can of soup to the pan, then fill the can with water (or milk if you want a creamier sauce) and add that to the pan as well

Put heat on low and stir and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked all the way through
