  • Oil
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupcornstarch
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupketchup
  • 1/4 cupvinegar
  • 1 Tbspsoy sauce
  • Chicken breast

    Cut chicken into cubes. Dip into eggs, then cornstarch. Fry these. Mix sugar, ketchup, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour over chicken and simmer for 5 mins
