
Potato skins
A crispy skin and a smooth mash with ham and cheese

Pre-heat oven at 180°c .place potatoes on a tray and poke holes in them with a fork place in oven for one hour

When ready take out and let cool .keep the oven on and turn it up to 220°c

When the potatoes are cool cut in half and scoop insides out into a bowl ( leaving a thin layer of potato around the skin).repeat with all.you should have 12 alltogether

Mash the potatoes until there are no lumps add in your milk and butter mix until smooth .add salt and cheese .chop 4 slices of the ham and put into the mixture .stir until combined .using a spoon scoop the mixture into each of the skins going up to the rim .Add cheese and some ham to the top

Put in the oven for 15 mins or until cheese is melted
