Boil potatoes and peel the skin

Add oil to pan and fry the diced potatoes for a minute and set aside

Add oil, cumin seeds and fry onion, tomatoes. To this add ginger garlic paste and wait till tomatoes get mashed up

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and fry a bit more till oil comes out

Cool the mix and hen blend it to a fine paste

Add the paste to kadai and add garam masala, kasuri methi and little water till oil separates

Add peas and potatoes and cook for 5-6mins.

Finally add like juice and garnish with coriander leaves
