  • 1/2 kgLamb Meat
  • 1/4 kgDried Plum
  • 2onion, chopped
  • 1Ghram Masala
  • 1salt
  • 1 tbspLemon Juice
  • 1 tbspGarlic Paste
  • 1 tbspGinger Paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute chopped onion in olive oil.

  2. 2

    Add lamb meat and fry for 15 Minutes

  3. 3

    Add All The Masala's And Saute For 5 Minutes

  4. 4

    Add Dried Plum And Saute.

  5. 5

    Saute Till Oil Comes Out.

  6. 6

    Simmer For 1/3 An Hour
