Take the milk and eggs and beat together, then add onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and basil.

Note: with regards to the spices, the measurement is just a suggestion. You can add more or less depending on you taste.

Dip the chicken in the egg/milk wash then dip it in the bread crumbs, then back in the egg/milk wash then back in the bread crumbs.

Brown in olive oil in the skillet and place in over 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Then add marinara sauce & cheeses of your choice and allow to melt.

Options: for eggplant slice and peel the eggplant, slice to about 1/2 inches thick then follow the prior directions.
