Ingredients

350 gramschilled plain flour
1 pinchpaprika
50 gramscornflour
3 tspbaking powder
1 pinchsalt
550 mlvery very cold beer
4white fish cut into strips

Steps

1

Whisk beer into flour, cornflour and baking powder.

Add pinch of salt and pinch of paprika.

Do this quickly just before you fry the fish.

The batter should be thick, dip fish into batter then place into hot oil.

Fry for 3-5 minutes turning occaisionally
