Ingredients

2 cupmashed bananas
Sift Together
3 cupflour
4 tspbaking powder
1 cupsugar
1 1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspbaking soda
Combine in small bowl
3/4 cupbuttermilk
1/3 cupoil
3 eacheggs beatin

Steps

Mix dry ingredients together, make a well in the center.

Pour combined liquid ingredients into center of dry ingredients.

Add mashed bananas. Stir together until just moistened.

Spoon into small loaf pans, 1/2 full.

Bake at 350° for 45-50 min.
