Soak chana dal for half an hour. Take a pressure cooker. Heat oil. Add jeera and ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1 min. Add chana daal, salt, red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, coarinder powder and Mix well. Add water.

Cover it with a lid. Pressure cook for 1 whistle and then slow the flame and cook for half an hour. Switch off the flame. let it cool. Open the lid. Add coarinder leaves and Garam Masala Powder. Serve hot.
