2 cupflour
2 cupcorn meal
1/4 cupseasoning

Mix all dry ingredients together in a flat bottom casserole dish

Cut chicken into half Inch wide strips

Roll chicken in dry ingredients

Cook chicken in oil at 325°F for 8 minutes. Chicken should be slightly browned.

Rotate chicken and cook for another 8 minutes. The chicken should be slightly browned.
