Tenderize meat 2-4 hours in salt water.

Set oven to 350

Roast to drain meat for 20 minutes with a light honey glaze.

While cooking mix peppers, brown sugar, and cream cheese.

Again heavily coat breasts with honey and cook for two minutes.

Dallop mixture onto breasts and cook an additional 5 minutes.
