Steps

Wash all lemon and spread in sunlight.

Cut all lemon in small piece.

Now add salt in mix well and put in jar for one week in sunlight.

Now chek it all lemon pieces will be soft.

Add sudhar and black pepper powder, ajwain, red chilli powder, jeera.

Give a nice mix and again keep the jar for one week in sunlight.

Then all sugar dissolved and it will take a form of jam.

Galgal jam pickle is ready to serve.
